THE VEHICLE'S SAFETY BELTS TENSION MECHANISMS ARE NON-FUNCTIONAL. THE SEAT BELT HANGS LOOSE AROUND THE BODY MAKING IT COMPLETELY USELESS IN ANY COLLISION.
