PASSENGER SIDE RESTRAINT SYSTEM FAILED IN A WRECK AUG/95 AND WAS REPLACED. THE DRIVER SIDE RESTRAINT SYSTEM HAS BEEN MALFUNCTIONING THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS. AUTOMATIC SHOULDER BELT EITHER JAMS IN THE TRACK OR FAILS TO OPERATE.
