TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 MAZDA MIATA. WHILE COMING TO A STOP, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE CONTACT HAD TO SHIFT THE GEAR INTO NEUTRAL IN ORDER TO DECELERATE AND SHUT OFF THE VEHICLE.
