DRIVER'S TIRE BUBBLES ARE AROUND THE RIM WHICH MAY CAUSE A TIRE BLOWOUT. DEALER REPLACED THE DRIVER'S TIRE 4 TIMES. HOWEVER, PASSENGER'S TIRE HAS EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM AND HAD BEEN REPLACED ONCE.
