VEHICLE GOT REARENDED. WHEN CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS TOWED IN IT WAS FOUND OUT THAT FRONT AND BACK ENDS OF VEHICLE WERE MADE OF PLASTIC. CONSUMER WANTED TO KNOW WHY FRONT AND BACK ENDS OF VEHICLE WERE MADE OF PLASTIC INSTEAD OF REENFORCED METAL.
