THIS CAR, WHEN SOLD WITH THE 20" WHEELS HAS IS UNABLE TO SAFELY NEGOTIATE USUAL HIGHWAY CONDITIONS. THE TIRES FREQUENTLY BUBBLE OR BLOW OUT FROM THE SLIGHTEST IMPERFECTION IN THE ROAD SURFACE.
