The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln Navigator. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, the transmission unexpectedly downshifted to a lower gear, and the vehicle decelerated to 25 MPH within 4-5 seconds. The power train warning light was illuminated.

the vehicle's antitheft system automatically triggers. There are two different events here: 1. Anti theft system triggers when the engine is off. When I attempt to start the car, the engine will not activate.

IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT THE ODOMETER/MULTIFUNCTION DISPLAY IS NOT READABLE. THE DISPLAY SERVES AS AN ANNUNCIATOR WARNING DEVICE FOR REAR AND SIDE DOORS NOT CLOSED PROPERLY.
