THE WHEELS ARE CRACKING FROM UNDERNEATH THE CHROME. A BLISTER APPEARS BEFORE THE CRACKING. THESE WHEELS ARE ALUMINUN UNDER THE CHROME AND WERE USED ON 96 TO 98 LSC MODELS ONLY.
