I am filing a complaint regarding the outcome of Safety Recall 25SC4 on my vehicle.

I was driving down the highway at around 70 mph, with one passenger. There had been no indications that anything was wrong with the vehicle.

Remedy: The remedy is currently under development. Owners are advised to only use "Auto EV" mode and will be instructed by mail to limit the maximum charge of the battery until the remedy has been completed.
