Tl* the contact owns a 2006 Lexus SC430. While attempting to decelerate at 40 MPH, the vehicle lurched forward. Consequently he crashed into 2 iron gates. The air bags did not deploy.

Takata inflators or potential of ruptured inflator on passenger side airbag. I have not been contacted regarding this recall as of yet and I do see this recall was issued in may of 2015.

Tl* the contact owns a 2006 Lexus SC430. While driving at 70 MPH, the volume and the cruise control on the steering wheel were activated and the radio and navigation failed to function. The failure recurred on numerous occasions.
