I HAVE ENGINE DAMAGE DUE TO SLUDGE IN MY ENGINE. LEXUS IS CLAIMING THE CAR WASN'T PROPERLY MAINTAINED (REGULAR OIL CHANGES), BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE. THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT THIS MAKES MY ENGINE WARRANTY IN EFFECTIVE AND VOID.
