WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE FREEWAY THE REAR TIRE STARTED SMOKING, I PULLED OVER AND FOUND A BIG HOLE IN THE SIDEWALL. I DID A RESEARCH ONLINE AND A LOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT TIRE FAILURE AROUND 5K MILES, WITCH IS EXACTLY WHAT I PUT ON THEM. *TR

TIRES: PIRELLI MODEL P6000; A FEW MONTHS AGO, ONE OF THE TIRES SPLIT ON THE INSIDE CAUSING A FLAT. RECENTLY, ANOTHER TIRE OF THE SAME SET DID THE SAME THING. THE TIRES HAVE LESS THAN 20,000 MILES. THE RETAILER IS NOT AWARE OF A RECALL.

WHILE DRIVING,THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED WITH OUT WARNING. THE CONSUMER APPLIED THE BRAKES, BUT THE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR. THE DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO A DITCH. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.
