TRAVELING ON ON H-1 EAST FREEWAY, NEAR THE RADFORD PEDESTRIAN OVERPASS, IN HONOLULU, HAWAII, ON WAY TO AIRPORT WHEN BRAKES APPLIED AND DID NOT WORK, CAR CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE. REPEATED COMPRESSION OF BRAKES FAILED TO SLOW OR STOP VEHICLE.
