Vibration felt in the vehicle when vehicle is put into drive but stopped. I have replaced all motor mounts, all exhaust mounts, throttle body and sensor (one assembly), engine coils, fuel injectors, air filter, PCV valve.

I lease a Lexus 400H and have just yesterday been informed that it is a drive by wire vehicle with no mechanical linkage between the steering wheel and the front tires. I am a ham radio operator and upon transmission the steering wheel shakes.
