I am experiencing an anti lock brakes actuator failure. Upon starting the vehicle it gives the warning "Stop the vehicle and contact a dealer". The extended warranty is limited by mileage and years.

On 08/27/2018 at 11:30 a.m. I was driving on the extended on-ramp to route 288 in chesterfield county, va at about 55 MPH. It was sunny, not humid and the temperature was in the high 70's; the roadway was smooth and clear of obstructions.

Tl*the contact owns a 2010 Lexus LS460L. While driving approximately 5 MPH, the contact made a u-turn and the steering wheel became stuck. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacture was notified who offered no assistance.
