CONSUMER STATED WHILE TRAVELING AT 30 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE RAN A LIGHT AND THE CONSUMER HIT THE VEHICLE. CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. THE DRIVER SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOYED. THE PASSENGERS NECK AND BACK WAS INJURED AS A RESULT.
