Takata recall airbag did not inflate when hitting a brick wall head on. My car was in motion and was hit on the rear passenger side of the vehicle and fish tailed head on into wall and I sustained injuries.

Dashboard melting and door side panel melting. The melting of dashboard and side door panels causes a shiny reflection onto windshield. The glare from the reflection caused the driver difficulty in seeing and LED to accident.

Tl* the contact owned a 2007 Lexus IS 250. The contact fell asleep while driving 50 MPH. As a result, the vehicle rolled down a hill and crashed through two trees and a fence. A police report was filed. None of her air bags deployed.

I was driving my Lexus IS 250 awd (2007) at 30 MPH on route 27 in montgomery county ,md at 7 am on August 14, 2007. My gas pedal became stuck and I crashed into a tree. My car is totaled and I sustained neck and back injuries.
