TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 LEXUS HS 250 HYBRID. AFTER THE PARK BRAKE BUTTON WAS ENGAGED, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY ROLLED AWAY. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A WALL. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY.

DURING ALIGNMENT, DRIVER'S SIDE REAR TOE ARM WAS BROKEN BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT LEXUS DEALERSHIP. THEY REPLACED, BUT STATED THERE WAS SEVERE CORROSION WHICH CAUSED THE BOLT TO BECOME SEIZED. THE BOLT HAD TO BE WELDED OFF.
