Parking brake foot pedal on my GX460 has a very sharp edge on the metal piece on the back side of it. In disengaged position, it sits directly above the left footrest position.

The hill assist does not work as should which causes the vehicle to drift backwards and engage the traction control/ brake system which hinders your ability from moving forwards.
