Loud chirping noise from engine during idle. Dealer states is normal and from high pressure fuel component. I am not confident in this since fuel is involved. Very loud odd sound. I have video but iunable to send through here.

When I am driving at high speeds, 60+ MPH, the steering wheel starts to act up. The wheel feels as if it locks and needs to be jerked out of position to move.
