Consumer has had few incidents with vehicle rolling forward. Dealer has tried some repairs that have not remedied vehicle form rolling. Consumer picked vehicle up on June 8 2001 from delear.

I was driving down for i-485 s at 30-35 miles per hour. Without any warning the driver shaft flew from under the vehicle. I took exit 39 & the vehicle sounded. As I struggled to get home the axle rod broke.

I was driving at ~10-15 MPH around lake mead in nv. As I pulled to a stop sign smoke began to come from under the hood of the car. At first I thought the car was overheating and tried to navigate it to the side of the road.
