FUEL DOOR UNABLE TO LOCK AFTER VEHICLE IS LOCKED Bought a new 2026 Range Rover velar about a week ago. I was surprised to see fuel door does not lock when vehicle is locked.

SAFETY TIMELINE
Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2026 Land Rover Range Rover Velar, Range Rover Sport, and Range Rover vehicles. The seat belt warning system may not activate the audible warning chime as intended.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the audio amplifier, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed July 10, 2026. Additional letters will be mailed once the remedy is available.
