AS I PULLED UP TO PARK MY CAR BEHIND A PARKED CAR, MY CAR SURGED AND CRASHED INTO THE BACK OF THE PARKED CAR. I WAS EASING INTO THE SPACE AT A VERY SLOW SPEED AND ACTUALLY HAD MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE.
