When filling up my vehicle with gas it over flows when the gas pump stops.

Fuel spills out (Onto the ground) when I am filling up at a gas station in my '09 Jeep Wrangler rubicon. It is not safe and creates a hazardous condition at gas stations and for those who fill it up...this is me!
