While waiting at a drive thru, the brakes did not respond when pressed and the car kept moving forward. The emergency braking system also did not respond. The car was placed into park and the car still did not stop.

With only 4811 miles on our Jeep Wagoneer, it had TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE causing my wife to drive thru a stop sign avoiding pedestrians. I had it towed by Jeep roadside assistance to St.Clair Chrysler Jeep in St. Clair MI. on [XXX].

For the past year I have been dealing with multiple vehicle failures with our 2025 Jeep Wagoneer. I have worked with my dealer a dozen times. Adnt he vehicle has been under service for roughly 13 weeks.

2025-09-25Structure25V593000 Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The trim on the driver and passenger doors may not have been installed properly, which can allow it to detach.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the door trim, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 25, 2025. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 77C.

Date not on fileStructure26V584000 Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer, 2022-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, 2023-2025 Jeep Wagoneer L, and 2023-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L vehicles.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the roof rack crossbar pivot bolts, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed October 8, 2026. A second notice will be sent once the final remedy is available.
