Temperature alert went off for too hot. Was stranded in North Carolina while driving for vacation. Had to get a rental while thermostat was replaced. This is a known and widespread issue yet no recall has been sent out.

While driving at low speed, the vehicle suddenly shut down completely without any warning. The engine lost power while I was cruising, causing the vehicle to stop responding. On separate occasions, the vehicle has also shut off while idling.

After very minor accident the car crash symbol and the car in lane symbol came on and will not turn off. Took to dealer and they said there was no update to correct the problem. Feel unsafe in a car that should be safe since it's new.

    Remedy: Dealers will inspect and reseat or replace the trim pieces as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 17, 2023. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403.
