WHILE DRIVING TO WORK MY BROTHER HAD A HEART ATTACK, CAUSING HIM TO LOSE CONTROL OF VEHICLE. HE STRUCK A TREE DEAD CENTER AND THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE FRONT OF HIS VEHICLE WAS PUSHED IN APPROXIMATELY 16 INCHES. PHOTOGRAPHS AVAILABLE.

WE PURCHASED OUR JEEP IN 2008 AND THE AIR BAG LIGHT WAS ON. SOME TIMES IT COMES ON IMMEDIATELY AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE, SOMETIMES AFTER DRIVING FOR AWHILE, SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL, LIKE THERE IS A BAD CONNECTION SOMEWHERE.

I'M FILING A COMPLAINT AS I HAVE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE N46/NHTSA 13V-252 BUT CANNOT GET MY CAR SERVICED. MY JEEP DEALERSHIP IN TOWN SAYS THEY CAN'T SERVICE THIS RECALL NOTICE IN A TIMELY FASHION AS THEY CAN'T GET THE PARTS FROM CHRYSLER.
