THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT WOULD NOT LATCH, LEAVING THE DRIVER WITHOUT PROPER PROTECTION WHILE DRIVING. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED AND THEY INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THE SEAT BELTS WERE NOT COVERED UNDER A SEAT BELT RECALL.
