VEHCILE WAS INVOLVED A A 50 MPH FRONT END COLLISION WITH A GUARD RAIL ON A STATE HIGHWAY. THE VEHICLE SUFFERED EXTENSIVE FRONT END DAMAGE. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE DRIVER'S SEAT BELT DID NOT LOCK UP.

Passenger Headrest popped off (AHR deployed) while I was driving. After further inspection the plastic pieces inside that holds the whole headrest together broke off.

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain model year 2015 Jeep Compass and Patriot vehicles manufactured January 1, 2015, to May 11, 2015.

Remedy: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the return power steering hose clamp, repositioning the clamp as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on February 5, 2016. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403.
