REAR CENTER BOLT ON LEAF SPRING WAS NOT TIGHT AND CAME OFF. ALL 4 CENTER BOLTS WERE INSTALLED WRONG, INSTEAD OF GOING UP THRU THE SPRINGS THEY WENT DOWN THRU AND THE NUTS WERE ON THE ALL AXLE SIDE OF THE SPRINGS.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling various 2002-2016 recreational vehicles equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers.

Remedy: Jayco will notify owners, instructing them to contact Kidde for a replacement fire extinguisher, free of charge. The recall began on January 15, 2018.
