TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 JAGUAR XJ8. UPON SHIFTING THE VEHICLE FROM PARK INTO REVERSE, THE GEAR FAILED TO CHANGE OVER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PIN FUNCTION WAS UNABLE TO RELEASE THE GEAR DUE TO THE TRANSMISSION NOT CHANGING.
