I have purchased new 2003 XJ8 Jaguar. Driven in the past 6 years as a second car. Have only 29,000 mil and the fuel pump totally melted. There was no warning or any indication it immediately died. I was lucky I was not driving on the freeway.

    Remedy: Honeywell will notify owners and replace the fuel filters free of charge. The recall began on October 18, 2006. Owners may contact fram customer service at 1-800-890-2075 (Option 1).
