Tl* the contact owns a 1992 Jaguar XJ6. The driver and passenger front automatic shoulder belt retractors were inoperative. Consequently the seat belt can not be extracted from the retractor.

As warranty item, dealer repaired broken passenger side motorized seat belt assembly. However, dealer refused to repair under warranty the broken seat belt buckle that attached to motorized assembly. Requested $330 for repair/replacement.
