I was hit head on and the air bags did NOT deploy

IN MY 2019 JAGUAR F PACE, I WAS STOPPED, WAITING FOR THE CAR IN OPPOSITE LANE TO PASS SO I COULD CROSS LEFT INTO MY DRIVEWAY. THE OTHER DRIVER CROSSED THE YELLOW LINES HITTING ME HEAD ON AT ABOUT 45 MPH. MY AIR BAGS NEVER DEPLOYED.

SAFETY TIMELINE
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2019 Jaguar F-Pace, F-Type, and XJ vehicles equipped with V6 or V8 gasoline engines.
Remedy: Jaguar has notified owners, and dealers will replace the crankshaft pulley center retaining bolt, free of charge. The recall began February 11, 2019. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827.
Campaign 19V039000 — check if this car was fixed
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC. (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Jaguar F-Pace vehicles. The Auto High Beam (AHB) system does not indicate through the instrument cluster when the high beams are illuminated automatically.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. The recall began April 2, 2021. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H332.
