TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 ISUZU RODEO SPORT. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE VEHICLE SURGED FORWARD AND THE BRAKES ENGAGED INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THERE WAS A SUDDEN INCREASE OF ENGINE RPMS AND THE BRAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED.
