THE TRUCK IMPACTED A TREE WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH AND AS A RESULT THE TRUCK'S FRONT BUMPER WRAPPED AROUND THE TREE. NEITHER THE DRIVER'S SIDE NOR PASSENGER'S SIDE AIR BAG DEPLOYED UPON IMPACT.
