Remedy: NAVISTAR WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND REPAIR THE VEHICLES FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON JULY 10, 2008. OWNERS MAY CONTACT NAVISTAR AT 1-280-461-1890.
