New QX80 should be taken off the road. The Infotainment system is the central computer system to the car. Countless times where the system reboots WHILE DRIVING yielding electronics cluster (Speed control, Heads up Display, etc) blacked out.

SAFETY TIMELINE
Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2025 INFINITI QX80 vehicles equipped with an Around View Monitor (AVM). A software error may cause the rearview camera to freeze and display a blank screen when the vehicle is in reverse.
Remedy: Dealers will reprogram the AVM software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 2, 2024. Owners may contact INFINITI's customer service at 1-800-662-6200. Nissan's numbers for this recall are R24B5 and R24C2.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Rogue and 2025 INFINITI QX80 vehicles. A software error may cause the rearview camera to display a blank screen when the vehicle is in reverse.
Remedy: The in-vehicle infotainment software will be updated by an over-the-air (OTA) software update or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 2, 2024.
