On August 8, 2026 at around 10:18am, while driving at a speed of approximately 40mph, my sunroof spontaneously exploded outwards without any external impact.

I was in drive and stopped to make a left hand turn. When it was my turn to go, I pressed on the gas and did not move, so I looked over at the gear shift and it switched itself into Neutral from Drive, by itself. I did not touch it or bump it.
