I am submitting this to supplement NHTSA Complaint No. 11704996 regarding a 2024 INFINITI QX60. Current mileage approx. 31,500. No injuries.

On August 10, 2026, my 2024 INFINITI QX60 unexpectedly locked while the Intelligent Key was still inside the vehicle, trapping my two young children inside on a hot day. The Intelligent Key was inside my purse on the front passenger seat.

2024-01-26Exterior lighting23V814000 Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Infiniti QX60 vehicles. When driving at certain high speeds, the Adaptive Front-Light System (AFS) may incorrectly adjust the headlights downward.

Remedy: Dealers will reconfigure the Intelligent Power Distribution Module (IPDM) settings, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 26, 2024. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669.

2024-04-18Seat belts24V176000 Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2024 Pathfinder and Infiniti QX60 vehicles. The lap belt pretensioner in the left-side front seat belt assembly may be improperly secured, due to a missing rivet.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the left-side front lap seat belt pretensioner assemblies as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 18, 2024. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669.
