Tl* the contact owns a 2000 Infiniti QX4. The contact stated that the vehicle's frame was completely rusted and the fuel tank did not indicate when it was at full capacity. As a result, fuel would overflow. The rust failure was remedied in 2012.

Unusually high amount of, rust & corrosion (Large rotted out holes) on exterior front fenders, both driver side and passenger. I beleive it is related to most recent recal in regards to front wheel wells in high salt locations of the country.

Driving the vehicle at highway speeds when severe steering wheel vibration began. Checked front suspension and discovered that the right side (Passenger side) frame was completely rotted away at the connection point of the lower control arm.

While driving brakes failed, making it hard to stop the vehicle. Also, tail lights were inoperable. Vehicle had been taken to the dealer a total of six to eight times. Was told there was an electrical problem.
