I had my Q60's oil changed at my local Nissan dealer, who provided a courtesy car wash, after which my back up camera screen went blank and my driver side camera was unreadable with fluorescent coloring.

Screen in vehicle goes black which disables rear camera visibility, which is a safety hazard. This happens in motion or when at a stop. This is known issue going back to 2017 with Infiniti and they have done nothing to resolve the issue.

Remedy: Nissan will notify owners in phases, having dealers update the back-up camera settings software, free of charge. The recall began November 11, 2019 and all affected VINs should be activated.
