MY CAR A 1999 INFINITI Q45 HAS 4 CONTINENTAL TIRES. THESE WERE PURCHASED LAST YEAR AND HAS BEEN USED FOR ABOUT 6000 MILES. ON TUESDAY AUGUST 30 THE RIGHT REAR TIRE BLEW OUT CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO SLIDE ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND EVENTUALLY OVERTURN.

A SET OF FOUR FALCON TIRES, (235/45HR17 ZIEX), WERE PURCHASED BY CONSUMER ON SEPT 27,2001, TIRES WERE PUT ON AND BALANCED. CONSUMER WENT BACK TO MAECHANIC BECAUSE TIRES WERE STILL OUT OF BALANCE. CONSUMER WAS INFORMED TO HAVE THE ALIGNMENT CHECKED.
