Ltr fwd (Wv) re sudden unintended acceleration experienced by owner of a 2009 Infiniti M45. *tgw the consumer stated the vehicle accelerated out of control knocking down a prized river birch and coming to rest against a cedar tree.

While turning into the driveway, the vehicle suddenly accelerated. Knocked over birch tree and bird bath and then drove through some shrubs and a hit cedar tree. *tr updated ivoq 02/05/10 the consumer wanted to know the status of the complaint.
