Tl*the contact owns a 2007 Infiniti M35. When the contact pushed the on/off button under the steering wheel to turn off the vehicle, it went in reverse at approximately 10 MPH. The contact sustained minor knee injuries.

I am filing a complaint regarding a safety-related failure of the driver’s seat bracket in my vehicle. The bracket has broken, causing the driver’s seat to rock back and forth while the vehicle is in motion.
