AT APPROXIMATELY 11:00 PM ON JANUARY 04, 2004 I WAS HEADING EAST BOUND ON INTERSTATE 10 AND EXITED THE FREEWAY AT THE ORANGE GROVE EXIT. AS I APPROACHED THE ORANGE GROVE INTERSECTION I PROCEEDED ON A GREEN LIGHT TO MAKE A LEFT ONTO ORANGE GROVE.
