At approximately 11:00 pm on January 04, 2004 I was heading east bound on interstate 10 and exited the freeway at the orange grove exit. As I approached the orange grove intersection I proceeded on a green light to make a left onto orange grove.

While starting up the vehicle a loud noise came from front. Consumer took the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that the starter needed to be replaced. But consumer was responsible to pay for parts and labor.
