20 October 2015 to:nhtsasend via website re: complaint ? Faulty falken tires just over four months ago on June 2, 2015, I purchased and had installed two falken tires, P195/65R14 sincera t, from walmart in cottonwood, Arizona.

Dt: Infiniti G20 1996. Tire separation occurred on three of four of the tires. The dealer said that they did not know why the defect happened, and the replacement tires were doing the same thing.

    1997-06-15Fuel system, gasoline97V072000 Vehicle description: passenger vehicles originally sold or currently registered in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan…

    Remedy: Dealers will inspect the fuel filler tube and replace the tube with a new one. Any other components of the fuel filler tube assembly which are damaged or deteriorated will also be replaced.
