CAR WAS IN A SMALL LOW SPEED FRONT END IMPACT. PASSENGER AIR BAG AND SEAT BELT DEPLOYED, ALTHOUGH NO PASSENGERS IN CAR. DRIVERS SIDE AIR BAG AND SEAT BELT DID NOT. CLEARLY THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DRIVERS SIDE AIR BAG SEAT BELT AND DETONATOR.
