TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 HYUNDAI XG350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE ERRONEOUSLY ACCELERATED TO A VERY HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND THE CONTACT COULD NOT STOP THE VEHICLE BY APPLYING THE BRAKES.

THERE IS VISIBLE RUST/CORROSION DAMAGE OF THE FRONT SUB- FRAME OF MY VEHICLE. THE FRONT SUBFRAME HAS THINNED AT RUSTED LOCATION. THE RUSTED SUB-FRAME IS CHEWED HALF OF MY SUB-FRAME.
