I WAS DRIVING IN A PARKING LOT THAT I DRIVE IN DAILY. I WAS MAKING A ROUTINE TURN, AND WHEN I BEGAN TO SLOW DOWN FROM 30MPH I GOT TO ABOUT 20MPH AND THEN THE BRAKES LOCKED UP AS WELL AS THE STEERING WHEEL.
